Applies to: Webflow websites built by Rhythm Digital
Your website login lets you look after the content: the words, pictures, posts and listings that change as your business does. The design and structure of the site stay locked, and that's deliberate. It means you can update things confidently without any risk of breaking how the site looks.
Here's where the line sits.
Things you can do yourself
- Change the text on a page. Opening hours, prices, service descriptions, the wording of just about anything. See Editing text and images on a page.
- Swap images. Replace a photo or graphic with a newer one.
- Add blog posts and news items. See Adding a blog post or news item.
- Update your listings. Team members, projects, services and anything else your site shows as a list. See Adding items to a collection, like team members or projects.
- Publish your changes when you're happy with them. See Publishing your changes.
Things to send to us
- Anything about the design. Colours, fonts, spacing, or how a page is laid out.
- New pages or sections. A new page in the menu, a new section on the homepage, or a whole new area of the site like case studies.
- Forms. Adding a form, changing its fields, or changing where enquiries end up.
- Anything that looks broken. If something isn't sitting right, don't try to fix it from the editor. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll sort it properly.
- Anything you're not sure about. A two line email to us saves an hour of second guessing.
Why it works this way
The editing tool you log into is built for content, not design. That split protects the investment you've made in the site: you can keep it current every week without ever being one click away from undoing the design work. When something does need a design change, that's what we're here for.
Need a hand?
Email support@rhythmdigital.au and tell us what you're trying to change. If you're not sure whether it's a you job or an us job, ask anyway. There's no such thing as a silly question about your own website.
